Objectives:

To provide safe and caring space for PLHAs requiring palliative care
To provide holistic care including treatment, palliative care and rehabilitation to people living with HIV/AIDS
To act as a bridge between hospital and home care

Project Brief:
SNEH SADAN provides a single –point access to comprehensive care and support services like basic medical and nursing care, psychosocial support, dietary counseling, yoga ,relaxation , stress management ,peer support groups etc. Our Care Home has the capacity of 10 beds and provides following facilities for inpatient & outpatient care , medical advise and treatment of opportunistic infections ,nutritional care and support, nursing care in a non-stigmatizing environment & psychosocial support for coping with physical stress, mental agony ,social , psychological and spiritual conditions
